Publication Details

You are requested to send the final manuscript of the paper after incorporating amendments as per referees' reports, if any, so that the paper can be included in the Conference Proceedings to be published by M/s Allied Publishers, New Delhi. The manuscript should be in MSWord format and limited to 6 pages. Any extra page will attract additional charges from you at the rate of Rs.800/- for the 7th-8th pages and so on. The format as approved by the Publishers may be downloaded from the conference website http://www.silicon.ac.in/ncict/pub.php. The format also has detailed instruction for preparing the final manuscript. I will appreciate it if you will stick to the format in order that the publication for the proceedings is not delayed. The final manuscript should be emailed to the Publication Chair, Mr. Satyananda Champati Rai (email satya@silicon.ac.in) latest by June 21, 2011. A hard copy should be also sent by post/courier to Mr. Satyananda Champati Rai, Publication Chair, Silicon Institute of Technology, Patia, Bhubaneswar 751024.

The Copyright assignment form (http://www.silicon.ac.in/ncict/pub.php) should be signed and returned as hard copy to the Publication Chair, Mr. Satyananda Champati Rai.

For the manuscript to be included as a paper in the Conference Proceedings, at least one of the authors of your paper must register for the conference and pay the registration fee as per the instruction in the registration form (http://www.silicon.ac.in/ncict/regd.php) before the final manuscript is sent to the Publication Chair. It will be preferred if registration is done on-line at the conference website. If this is not possible, please return the hard copy of the registration form after paying the conference registration charges through bank draft or bank transfer.
