Why Silicon Residence?

Effective Technical education is hard to imagine without proper residential facilities to the students. For a student pursuing such education needs to spend maximum time during the courses in the institute and among his/her peers. Silicon, therefore, has given priority to residential facility to its wards from the time of its inception. It has established hostels for both boys and girls in its premises from 2002 providing all necessary amenities to the residents along with a good environment. The separate multi-storied buildings accommodate up to 600 boys and 400 girl students with minimum pay charges. A group of senior faculty members forming a committee called “Residence Committee” ensure the smooth functioning of the residence.
 

The Silicon Institute is an extraordinary place.
