Silicon Residence

A home away from home. The Institute is building a residence facility separately for Boys & Girls inside the campus. At present the capacity is 80 seats for girls and 160 seats for boys.

Canteen

Canteen facility would be available for the boarders, day-scholars as well as the employees of Silicon. The Canteen will be managed by the Institute and coordinated by the Student Committee.

Transport

Transport facility would be provided at various landmarks to make it convenient for the days scholars and staffs to commute.

Medical Facilities

Medical facilities would be provided for the “residents” of Silicon.

Guest House

Silicon Guest House facility for staff and visitors would be available inside the campus.

Computer Centre

The computer center will be available for the students and staff. It will also help the students to carry out their programming stuffs. It will be 24x7 internet support with leased line internet connectivity.

Library

We are developing central library with the state of the art facilities. It will be subscribed to number of national and international journals and magazines. Amenities like reprographic services and CD-ROM databases would be available. There will be a book-bank facility available for the students.

Gym & Cultural Club

The facility center at Silicon would provide gym facility for students and staff. As an initiative to encourage students to participate in various cultural activities silicon is coming up with an exclusive club.
