The Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering has following fully fledged laboratories which are running under guidance and supervision of highly qualified, experienced and dedicated faculties and lab technicians.
Basic Electronics Lab :
In this lab, students become familiar with making basic electrical measurements using laboratory instruments such as digital multi-meters (DMMs), power supplies, function generators, and oscilloscopes. Once they?ve developed some competence in the use of these tools, students begin learning about basic components such as resistors, diodes, transistors, and operational amplifiers function.
Analog Electronics Circuit Laboratory :
In theAnalog Electronics Laboratory, students carry out experiments which enhances their practical knowledge and bridges the gap between practical and theoretical knowledge. This Lab specify various active and passive electronic components and devices and identify the terminals and to draw the symbols for different electronic components. To understand and operate multimeter for current, voltage and resistance measurements. To design electronic circuits for various applications. To investigate / test / verify property or characteristics of electronic devices, amplifiers and oscillators
Digital Electronics Circuit Laboratory :
This lab takes care of the understanding of the design of various digital electronics circuit components and implementations taught at undergraduate level. In digital lab, the students construct simple digital circuits such as logic gates, adders, flip-flops, counters, registers and multiplexers.
MPMC and Microwave Laboratory :
This laboratory houses the hardware which includes 8085 Microprocessor trainer kits, 8086 Microprocessor trainer kits, 8051 Microcontroller trainer kits, interfacing cards and software Keil-51.l clock.Microwave lab helps the students understand the basics of Microwave Engineering Concepts and gives a detailed description of the working principle of microwave components.
Analog and Digital Communication Engineering Laboratory :
The analog and digital communication laboratory of the department is adequately equipped to conduct the experiments on analog and digital communication. This laboratory provides a platform to the students to understand the basics of analog and digital communication systems, modulation techniques, data transmission, multiplexing, etc. VLSI Design and DSP Lab
The laboratory has 35 user Licensed MATLAB software with various Tool boxes and Simulink. Students simulate here number of experiments in MATLAB.The laboratory is designed to expose the students to a set of tools for CMOS design, starting with SPICE circuit simulation and leading to physical layout, design rule checking, and extracted circuit simulation.
